I live in bali and I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, the room very clean and have a large space in deluxe room. All the staff very nice and friendly and quick response, especially Mrs. Nita, Mr. Octa and Mr. Messe they are a good leaders 👍🏻 there is no smoking room in this hotel but you can request to unlock the balcony door for smoking at the balcony. Nice city view from our room, the pool is clean and the breakfast is good 😊 I will back again to stay in this hotel when I comes to Surabaya 🥰❤️
