If you want to stay in Situbondo, I thought that Utama Raya is the great hotel. It has many restaurants, beach, supermarket and gas station on it. You only bring your clothes and ready to holiday. This hotel is the biggest hotel in Situbondo

Stayed there during our trip to Situbondo. This cottage is very beautifully maintained, full of gardens having local flowering plants and tress( gives a fresh feeling). The room was nice , service good. The restaurant offered delicious local cuisine.
I would definitely stay here again.

I was stayed in that hotel on 5 of may 2022, we booked villa with 2 rooms with the rate was quite expensive as Lebaran period. All rooms were booked and fully booked. Fortunatel we had reserved 1 month before. On that period surrounding of the hotel was very fully crowded with peoples. but it was time to make happy all my family. my son and daughter was enjoying canoeing and Jetski. 
In term of comfort this hotel was comfort and good for relaxing and transit. Food stall was quite alot surrounding hotel and the price was not too expensive. we will come back in the future and will rent one house with 6 rooms for my family.

Great Cottage, Villa and Hotel

First impression is very good, looking at the pictures and also during our arrival at the hotel. The facade and the concept is very very good. Hotel grounds are in immaculate conditions, very clean and very well layed-out. The dissapointment is with the rooms. OMG the rooms are motel quality. To be honest the concept is great, the room and bathroom is such a bad contrast. Probably the owner spent too much money on the facade and ground and ran out of money for the interior? Bathroom is bad, bed is bad, internet is worse, aircon does not work properly. All rooms my friends checked in only provided with one towel, very strange considering usually hotel rooms will provide at least two.

Anyways the hotel is part of a pitstop and is attached to a gasoline station/rest area. Everything is provided within the complex. This is merely a stop for people travelling on land from Surabaya to cross the channel to Bali. Not really recommended for holidays as the area has nothing. Only a pitstop.

Great design but very poorly executed

Set in a surprisingly fabulous rest stop (gas station, restaurants, supermarket, VIP toilets with showers) are the villas and hotel. The landscaping is lush and beautiful; the private bay and beach charming has boats for hire and an adjoining cafe with very moderate prices; the villas look spectacular. We stayed in a cottage for a remarkably economical price that lived up more to its price than its surroundings. It was okay. But the wifi was non-existent and the breakfast meh! We opted to forego the included breakfast and buy breakfast at one of the complex restaurants.

The infrastructure is good but the service is lacking, cleanliness is also poorly maintained.hotels and villas with direct access to the beach and lots of water games to try.one of the vacation spots in East Java that not many people know about.

My experience.

I used to love this hotel, but as it has expanded to become more of a resort complex, it has lost its care for its hotel rooms—at least the one I just occupied. One towel and one thin blanket for two people. Annoyingly noisy aircon. No coffee pot or any amenities except tiny soaps. And what used to be a lovely place to stroll is crowded as a downtown.

Ain’t what it used to be.

Visited this place on our trip to Bali. It looked good from outside. 2 floors building with nice park up front that gave good ambience. We randomly searched for vacancy through online agent, but no rooms available even until next year lol, that's very odd.
