Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. Amazing hospitality and kindness from all the staff, owner Refeeq and our host Yawar. Delicious food with amazing service. Enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Highly recommended place if you are visiting srinagar.

Amazing service, wonderful staff. You can customise food, esp with kids. Room is spacious and very warm. The food taste is amazing and the staff is very helpful, can accomodate all your requests. The food cooked like Paratha, upma, poha, paneer dishes were amazing. 

Honestly the best place to stay at in all regards, first things first the guest house is located at a stunning location,  Zabarwan Hills on one side and famous Dal Lake on the other side.
The rooms are exquisite,  service top rate, food is excellent and above all the owner of the guest house is professional to the core.

It's a very nice hotel.. while my stay in Kashmir i had stayed in 4 different hotels and city Hills was undoubtedly the best.very good food and good cleaniness The manager and the staff are very polite and helpful.

City Hills Resort the first one you should to stay in Srinagar because the place is beautiful, room and washroom very clean, comfortable like home and food is testy. The owner very kind and there near dal lake, Nishahr gardent and easy to go there by walk it’s convenient and safe

Great hospitality.. tasty food.. it is well designed.. rooms are spacious, clean, cosy with beautiful decor.. big and clean bathrooms.. 
The staff is very efficient and cooperative.  Very happy with their service.
They hv a lawn outside with lovely flowers.
The owner Mr. Wangnoo is such a friendly and jolly person. He made us feel at home..

Ideally located just a minutes walk from the boutique hotel is the famous Dal lake. Just 10 rooms though this places is very neat and clean and kept in a nice way. Food also is exceptional as we booked the room on MAP basis. Room 601 is spacious with a balcony entry and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is very courteous and the owner Mr. Rafiq is so helpful in every way, so also his son at the reception. They go all out to help you incase you have any need either it is information or any other need. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who looks for a peaceful stay in Srinagar.

Best in all aspects 

Beautiful and cozy Resort

Cozy and comfortable

Located just off the city-din, with the Zabarwan hills in the background and the Dal Lake a couple of minutes walk away, City Hills Resort makes for a comfortable stay. 

The rooms are superbly furnished and  the adequately warm quilts and blankets (we were also offered electric blankets) make for snug sleep during winter, which is when we visited.

The owner Irfan bhai and his family take personal interest in running the property and go the extra mile to welcome you. We were even invited into the kitchen to see how they make the nun-chah (Kashmiri salt tea) and Kashmiri Kahwa) when we asked. 

Our frequent requests for hot water and other sundry requirements, as well as meal orders were always promptly met by the cheerful and ever-willing Shafi bhai who attends to the guests and also runs the kitchen. In fact, we were surprised to learn that the hotel had only recently opened to business!

Whether its a family, leisure or business trip, City Hills Resort is a great recommendation.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel in Srinagar

This property is actually exotic. The interiors are tastefully designed and the scenic view from the room makes it even more special. We were lucky to find such a wonderful resort cum homestay as the staff was very cooperative especially Shafiq bhai, bilal and nasir bhai. The property owner Mr. Irfan helped us a lot in many ways during our trip. We booked a double room for 2 nights for Rs. 3200 on MAPAI and we even cancelled our houseboat stay and extended one more night. It was worth the service, however we forgot to give the tips when leaving in hurry but genuinely the service was far far superior than luxury 5 star properties.
