Hotel SM Deccan Park Airport Zone

I booked a suit room and had a tram meeting with 10 of my colleagues. We asked for few chairs. I have been staying here since 2013. And they never charged. But this time they demanded 500 extra. Hospitality needs lot more improvement. Every time new people are seated in the reception and could not develop good relationship inspite of our continuous stay Nearby plenty of restaurants. Adjescent we have one restaurant. At next entrance we have swag at central good food but cost pl fill your wallet with more bucks. Nice environment. Good serving. Home like serve Taste also better here. You can stay at deccan but once you can taste this food too. Very close to airport. When you wish to leave for another city through air, pl ask these hotel people to provide cab which works out cheaper than ola or uber. Toilets were dusty.asked them to clear under top bed as they do not have look ar those spot. Just cleaning the top lids. Hot water was good. We get good tea on order. Very spacy room as it was called suite I will stay again
