12 reviewsThe hotel located in a beautiful family house a bit outside of city centre (around 20 minutes walk). Straight away we felt the hospitality of the owners. Our first room had a problem with a smell in a bathroom and a door handle was loose, but after saying that, we were moved to a big room, made for 4 people at least. Our 1st day of stay was on a Tbilisova celebrations, and when we wanted to go for a dinner, the hosts invited us to sit with their friends and have a family dinner together. It was very unusual experience and something you will never get in a chain hotel. Food was extremely delicious and all the people, despite to the language barrier, were friendly and tried to communicate as much as possible. Breakfasts are made by the wife of the owner and also feel like family breakfasts. Food is fatty, but delicious! The house has a nice swimming pool, too bad that we did not have a chance to use it. Location, as mentioned before, around 20 minutes walk to the city centre. It is perfect, if you have some tours planned and are not planning on only walking around Tbilisi. Finally, on our last day we had a problem to book a taxi and the owner took us personally to the train station - it saved our trip! We recommend this place if you want to have real Georgian experience without hiding behind the big hotel chain standards
