We stayed with Jean Pierre and his wife Maryse at their quaint B&B in Longues-Sur-Mer just outside of Bayeux. It is a lovely old farm house with lots of charm and the view was breathtaking from our tiny little windows in the 3rd floor. Our rooms for 3 adults and 2 children were in the top floor and perfect for our stay. 1 queen bed with 2 twins and the other was 1 queen with 1 twin. Small but efficient bathrooms. Comfy beds and lots of blankets, a bit older but more like grandmas house rather than old. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and our children enjoyed their chocolat chaud with breakfast. We were served an assortment of fresh jams, breads, eggs or yogurt, juice and coffee. Perfect! While we don't speak any French and Jean Pierre and his wife no English, we managed and felt the warm welcome hospitality. We would easily plan another trip to the area and stay at this quaint B&B!
