400 reviewsLovely stay in a great location. The room - or mini apartment - looked like the pictures and had lot of comforts. The mini kitchen was provided with appliances and soap, there was a fan, a big tv and lot of space. The location is great: few minutes from the Prague museum, walking distance (if you like walking) from old town square, and a the underground nearby. Not 5 star due to the staff: didn’t appreciate the attitude. Until I actually paid for the stay, I didn’t get answers to the questions I made, and I had to get the customer service of the booking company involved. Also one of the guests couldn’t make it since her flight got cancelled, and I was asked to pay the city tax for 3 people anyway, although only 2 were there. Obviously I didn’t ask for a discounted price on the stay, and wasn’t expecting anything like this, but I had to get booking involved to get the refund of the city tax for the person that wasn’t even in the city. Keep an eye on what you’re charged for if you book here!
