We spent here one night here  on our way to Torres del Paine. The place was great: extremely friendly hosts and extremely clean place. Also, they kept our luggage for a week and did not charge for it. Highly recommended!

We found this place at the last minute upon arrival at Puerto Natales. It's under seven minutes by taxi. At arrival we were greeted by an elderly lady who spoke only Spanish. Since we are trekking in Torres Del Paine and breakfast starts at 0700 however we needed to make way than so we asked her if she would make us breakfast at 0630 and she said yes with a heart warming smile. She even helped us call a cab so that we don't miss the bus to the national park. She is such a jewel. 

We stayed here for two nights and are about to stay another one.
It is a very nice place, the rooms are clean and cosy, the owner is very polite and helpful! Super breakfast!!
We loved it, highly recommended!

As above, the owner was very nice, maybe a little expensive, but it is inline with area. Room was small, but I don't need a BBQ area to sleep. Bed was comfy and slept well. Only advice would be to put a carpet runner down the hallway, as the wooden floor boards can be loud early in the morning with everyone wearing hiking boots. Breakie was OK. Fair walk to the city centre, but the town is very safe, and the Taxis are reasonable in need. Heating  was great too.  Solid WiFi

Excellent!

I booked this hotel based on a straight run of 5 star ratings. It is one of the first times that Tripadvisor has let me down. To be fair Booking.com had high scores as well though so maybe its just me !

Or maybe its the same people that think the broken pier deserves a 5 star ranking as well ;-)

Luisa is indeed a lovely lady. The wifi is pretty good. But .......

The hotel is located a long way from the center in a street that can best be described as run down.   Not the nicest environment to stay.

The rooms are very noisy. You hear all your fellow guests in the morning and evening and every wild dog in town seems to be outside.  Add the sound of the wind to that and it really is something to experience !

They don't seem to think that making your bed each day is part of the deal nor that some soap might be handy for your shower.

The beds are not very comfy and basically not up to scratch with the two blankets that you get.

The breakfast is ordinary

Sorry Luisa but for the price it really is not up to scratch in my opinion.
