Hotel Reception is permanantly closedContact number isn't workingHotel is on sub renting through another hotel managementFirst surprise, there isn't any trolleys available to move luggage. I was with family and having 9 pieces of bags + stroller and car seat. The whole luggage I had to moved in the room by myself back and forth in 5 visits.No breakfast served. I bought including breakfast. Management says they will return some amount for not serving breakfastNo proper cleaning Commode flush toilet isn't workingThere is no direct dialing available to connect at reception
