As a Gift for my wife's birthday, our Daughter Cheryl paid for a 2 nights stay for the 3 of us from Wednesday 10th September to Friday 12th September 2025 at this amazing Crown Metropol Hotel. From arriving via our car at the front reception entrance for Valet Parking to checking in at the front desk our experience was so Welcoming, Warm and Friendly, it was very Special for us all, Thank You. Our room and it's facilities was perfect for our needs and comfortable, the only down side was no electricity points next to our beds, but that aside we Loved the room very much. The views across the city during the day and especially at night are incredible. Our only intention for this little minibreak was to help celebrate my wife's birthday by relaxing and unwinding together as a family and being able to spend quality time together by using the swimming pool on the 27th floor with it's totally wonderful panoramic views of Melbourne and across to Port Philips Bay, which we did very Happily. Now I feel I MUST point out the main reason why our experiences whilst using the swimming Pool for those 3 lovely days was enhanced GREATLY by 4 Fabulous Young Humans who were the Lifeguards on Duty during our stay there, which I Very Gladly will name here. They are Jonathan, Drayon, Dylan and Sara. All 4 of them are a Wonderful Credit to the Hotel and their Friendly, Warm, Intelligent, Helpful manner was Very Much Appreciated and Loved by the 3 of us. They made my Wife's Birthday a Very Special Occasion, so a MASSIVE THANK YOU to them all. Would we go back to this Hotel in the Future???? A Massive resounding YES PLEASE. We LOVED our stay and as soon as we are able we will be returning. THANK YOU
