Our 2 bed unit was quiet, clean, lovely furnishings, undercover secure parking and lift, friendly staff, well maintained grounds, walk to shops and Pub. Can't wait to return.

We loved our stay it was very comfortable and clean with great communication.

Property was excellent value for money, roomy, comfortable and well equiped.  Only thing requiring improvement is the Wifi.

Good check in. Very secure. Very quiet. We would stay again.

An easy drive to the Gold Coast University Hospital

There was nothing I didn’t like the place was beautiful, clean, spacious the beds were comfortable overall would go back again

Great apartment, friendly staff and close to Harbour Town. Very well priced too.

Awesome location and facilities. Nice Building, close to everything. Pool, Spa & Sauna also very nice. We would definitely stay again, but would ask for a differently located room. Unfortunately, the apartment we were in and the main bedroom seemed to get a lot of noise, such as the gate opening at all hours, the groundsman with the early morning loud (lawn mower sounding) tractor towing around the rubbish bins which were horrifically loud, its like they didn't bother to get double glazed windows to cut out the noise - but that is the only thing I can comment on.

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful,  clean and well designed. The kitchen was full of very useful appliances such as an air fryer and a sandwich press. Our beds were comfortable and our view of the pool was so nice . And walking across to harbour town shopping centre was an easy 10 minutes. Also its withing easy drving distance to all theme parks!!  We would highly recommend staying here,  and we will definitely stay here again in the future 😀.  Thank you harbour quay apartment's for making our stay so enjoyable 👍The Wright Family.

We stayed here for our girls representative sporting weekend and it was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, big ensuite, washing machine n dryer for dirty uniforms, heaps of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Excellent facilities, very safe with security doors and gates for our car. At the right price we would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Also excellent communication with our change of arrival time. Thank you.

Loved our stay, nice and modern apartment with great style. 3 things I didn't like, neighbours smoking and blew up to my apartment almost every 30 minutes, (who smokes that much?) would be ideal if there was a non smoking side.  2. No plug for bath didn't expect that as I booked an apartment with a tub. 3. Floors were not vacuumed, dirt was visible around the sofas and even on the sofa.  That  was a flat out miss from the cleaners.One horrible thing happened the mirror hanging on the wall by the entrance fell to the floor and shattered everywhere, the hook was sooo weak, it was unfortunate it fell just as we were exiting the room.  Called manager instantly to explain.  No refund even though it was not our fault.  I suggest put every heavy hanging mirror or art on the floor or away in wadrobe to protect your bond.  To be honest too much wall art and ornaments everywhere, basically don't touch anything 😂 basic functionality is better with less clutter.Overall enjoyed our stay we will go back again and ask for a room with no mirrors haha.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Parking is secure enough. Security around the property provides peace of mind. The pool looks beautiful and one of the main reasons I picked this accommodation; but unfortunately it was extremely cold. If it was a heated pool, our stay would have been complete. Its close location to harbour town was very convenient.

My family 2 adults, 2 kids stay here for a week, while exploring the Gold Coast and the Theme Parks. The Apartment was clean and spacious, with balcony, we felt safe here, Kids enjoyed the pool, very close to Harbour Town Shopping Centre centrally located.Communication with staff prior to arrival was great. I would highly recommend Harbour Quay apartments if you planning your next trip in this vicinity.Thankyou !!

I stayed here during Cyclone Alfred so I didn’t get to use the pool or gym.  My unit was tired… it needs to be painted, rust in the bathtub due to old chain and plug, a bit of mold on the shower door frame, old carpeting that needs to be restretched or replaced.  That being said, my unit was clean and well stocked.  I was on the 5th floor so I had a great view of the weather.  This would be a gorgeous space if the weather had been sunny… triple sliding doors open to the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. With a little time and money spent on maintenance, this would get 5 stars from me!

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. We were in walking distance to shops and cafes. Also only a short drive to theme parks and Surfers Paradise. The apartment itself was amazing with a great views from the huge balcony. The air-conditioning in the apartment unfortunately broke down two days before our stay ended. Karla was great in providing a portable air-conditioner and an extra fan to take the edge off the heat. Overall, we had a great two weeks on the Gold Coast and would recommend staying at Harbour Quays Apartments. We would definitely book again.
