The happy house is cheap and clean. They’ll cook you breakfast for a few bucks. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I don’t know what the person who gave it one star was expecting for $30 a night, but we’ve stayed there several times and it’s a great place to crash. Not fancy, but has all the basics. Tv,AC, private bath safe and secure and convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If your room is facing the street, it is noisy in the morning at rush hour, it’s San Salvador. The house next door has/had a rooster who thinks you should be up anyway hahahaha. Highly recommend
