From check in to check out the staff was nice and very attentive. Good location. Working A.C. and T.V. Room on bottom floor, I was able to get some good night sleep.

Friendly staff

I like that the property was walking distance to the mall . I did not like the fact that you needed to get a supervisor approval for toilet paper. The situation was : my friend had traveler’s diarrhea and the toilet paper had ran out. We requested for a new role of toilet paper and the concierge told us he needed supervisor approval to release a new role. Just then the concierge gave us a left over role from another room because they claimed the supervisor would release the new role the following morning. We thought that was not except-able. The coffee at the lobby was never hot and the water dispenser did not have the hot water option functioning. Very poor amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole neighborhood lost the electricity during a rainy night, thank goodness I had brought a flashlight. You were not able to make any local calls from the phone inside the room. In order to get food delivered to our room the concierge would place a call.

Budget value hotel in a great location to walk 4 mins to the massive shopping mall. The staff were super nice & helpful. I would stay there again!

Amazing Location to Massive Mall

The hotel is ok. Needs a makeover. However, the staff is very friendly and nice. Area seems pretty safe. As a reference, the Intercontinental hotel is nearby. Rooms have a/c and private bathroom. Overall it is a decent hotel for the price paid

Good, price, good location, basic rooms but distance to Metrocentro was the breaker. I will definitely be back soon

Good and safe stay

This hotel has new owners.  The hotel is dirty.  We found hairs from other guests in the bathroom and the bed.  A\C did not work correctly and shower did not drain.  Wi-Fi signal is weak so people can not use in their rooms. Therefore there are always men sitting outside their rooms using the Wi-Fi and talking to family.  Overall a very poorly run hotel. Better to choose ANY other option on the block.

DIRTY.  Do not recommend.

The staff was very helpful and courteous.  They changed me from an exposed room on the street side (noisy) to an inner room where I was more comfortable.
