It's clean, pet friendly, awesome staff. Location is good, wala le close to restaurants and shopping. Every year when we go to Ataco we stay there, never disappointed, lovely place

Overall we loved the property, entire staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were small but accommodating. Rooms had a funny smell, but I think it’s due to the humidity, it’s bearable. I didn’t have hot water one of the mornings which I think my soul left my body, but I managed and survived, lol! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend. The Fleur de Lis is a place I would happily go back to.

Excellent little hotel, staff was courteous and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay excellent. Ever (owner) helped us giving a lot of information and thanks to him we met a lot of great people that will help our business, also with the time he saved us we were able to spent the last days of our business trip not working, instead we had fun at the beach!

Best kept secret in Ataco

Positive: Excellent service as shown in the reviews and the hotel room was well kept and clean.  It is within 5 minutes walk to the central park.  The shower was good pressure and hot.Negative: Breakfast was good, but has to be scheduled.  Coffee is not refil, but is charged for extra cups.  Checkout at 11:00 is a bit early, especially if you have family and kids

We booked bed and breakfast plus dinner.
The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was excellent. Drinks brought to us in the garden was a lovely touch. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts. Service and all food was 5 star. Room was acceptable but a little tired.
3 to 4 star. We will treat ourselves to return visit when we can afford it.

A very fine place to stay

Fluer de Lis is a cute, nice property with friendly staff. Unfortunately, we visited (Dec. 2021) when it appeared like we were the only guests. Thus the property didn't seem to be at it's best. Lights were not on at night, making it a little dangerous to walk up stairs. Also food could have been better. No cream for coffee. Had to wait for somoneone to go get some at a local store. It is centrally located. Close to small and quaint town. So very easy to walk to everything. Elderly visitors should not that cobblestone streets are a little rough so caution is recommended, particularly at night. Very, very safe area with easy access in and out of town.

Ataco on the Route of the Flowers was a  quaint town that is worth 2 nights. The hotel is homey and embodies all the personalities of the region. On the patio is the most gorgeous canopy of flowers an the gardens have coffee plants. Rooms are charming. The third floor lounge has a view of the town. Breakfast on the patio was hearty. If you leave before they start serving breakfast, they will pack a sack breakfast for you. 

Beautiful hotel in a quaint town

The Fleur de Lis hotel staff exceeded all expectations for our visit. The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable with the area. The hotel grounds are lush with manicured plants and flowers. A truly memorable and enchanted experience. Will definitely look to revisiting and enjoying the hotel, food and local sights.
