The address given is the location of the Ingram Apartment. All other apartments are within 600 metres of this address.

Check-in is at the apartment address provided in the room description for each apartment. A meet and greet service is operated by apartment managers.

Guests should ensure they check their confirmation email for contact details regarding their arrival and to arrange key collection. There is no reception facility and guests should not arrive without contacting the apartment managers first.

Late check-in after 22.00 must be requested in advance and is subject to a surcharge of GBP 35. Arrivals after 00.00 are subject to a surcharge of GBP 45.

Guests are kindly reminded that these apartments are in residential buildings and should not be booked for the purpose of having a party. Please inform Merchant City Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
