A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Our family's recent stay at the Sheraton Soma Bay was absolutely incredible, and it's all thanks to the amazing team there. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were part of their family. We were greeted by Mr. Monsef, the Guest Relations Manager, who was an absolute gem. He didn't just check us in; he genuinely cared about making our vacation perfect. He helped us pick the ideal package for our family and surprised us with daily treats like delicious cake and cold drinks in our room. His thoughtfulness made us and our kids feel so special and completely at home. Before we even settled in, Mr. Karam gave us a wonderful tour of the resort. He made sure we knew exactly where everything was, so we could start relaxing right away. Speaking of relaxing, the beach was a dream! The sand was soft and white, and the water was crystal clear, it was pure paradise. The fun didn't stop there. Our kids had a blast at the Soma Splash Aqua Park, and we have Ahmed to thank for that. His incredible energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he made sure everyone was having the time of their lives. And when it was time to grab a drink, the bartending team, Mr. Wardany, Ahmed, Osama, and Ramy, were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and always ready with a warm smile. The dining experiences were equally impressive. A huge thank you to Mr. Wael at the main restaurant for going above and beyond. He prepared a special request of Om Ali just for us, and the next day, he even remembered and served it to us again without us having to ask. That kind of personalized service really blew us away! We also want to thank Mr. Abdel Salam for his warm hospitality every time we dined. Finally, a shout-out to the housekeeping staff, who kept our room immaculate and made sure we were always stocked with water, coffee, and all the essentials. Every meal was delicious, and the entire staff made us feel like the most valued guests. A few suggestions It would be helpful if shaving and dental kits were available in the rooms. A bathroom scale would also be a nice addition.
