Well where do I start, as a solo female traveler that has been all over the world, this place made me feel the most welcome and so safe, they really can not do enough for you, most staff members checked in on me everyday asking if everything was ok, the rooms were large and the food was very nice and plenty to choose from, Shiko from animation went above and beyond for me, I didn’t feel comfortable going out of the complex, he made sure I was safe when it was the beach party nights which meant I could join in, the hotel was mainly Russian and Italian this was a big place and I was the only English at the time but was made to feel like a queen, I had 4 favourites that made sure my stay was very enjoyable, it’s definitely a place I shall be returning too next year with my children. There is something happening everyday to pool parties to beach party’s usally I want to come home after 10 days but I really didn’t want to leave so Thank you for an enjoyable 2 weeks
