My Honest review General Again, I say it the hotel was clean, and staff were wonderful Only 1 issue we had was the one guy selling spa treatment to pushy, so he got told to do one Another thing it and not an issue but there seem to be a lot of Italians here but what I do not like is there attuite that they can queue jump take other sunbeds didn’t spoil my holiday but annoying what’s the rush Rooms Yes, they are bit dated but nothing that we did not expect very clean lots of room We had a Double Deluxe with Garden View which was 30 seconds from relax pool Cleaned when we wanted but the wonderful Gabr stocked up with water Pools We use all the pools but manly the main one Daughter loved the slides that are open for short time morning and afternoon Rela pool was fab with bar and the hard-working barman Sunbeds Never an issue for us at the main pool thanks to the Mahmued & Masteka hope spelt right--) Your always get the ones that have it in their genes that they must go out and reserve a bed at 8am But these guys are like hanks when it comes to bed hogging Also, a little tip goes a long way we were never fussy as to where beds were Bars Used them all and staff got to know you if you took time to stop ask how they were or their names which cost nothing My fav bar was Pit Stop (payable but so cheap ) and my mate Mo he was a diamond bloke Miss his chat and banter already Food Loved the different themed nights and being a fussy eater always found something to eat Yes the queues can be annoying but when hotel is at full capacity what do you expect I use to let rush go and then head down Staff in the restaurant work like a well-oiled machine and deserve massive praise Others We used the hotel taxi to go to Soho Sq just as being out first time wanted to play safe Driver was spot on for pick up and booking guy is a legend For me we had a great time and would return Best bit of advice I can give is respect be polite a hi, please and thank you goes a long way
