The most terrible hotel i’ve ever been to.
And i visited 42 countries on 5 continents.

Terrible food - breakfast is pity pancakes and raw eggs and you have to queue for it. Lunch is grill, only eatable food during the day, grilled meat is ok, but pasta was with yesterday stinky non-fresh fish.
Dinner - dry non chewable beef and salted dry chicken, and variety of mayonnaise filled salads. 
Awful stinky old rooms with mold  - never renovated since pharaohs. Of course, Italians get new renovated rooms and all the attention from staff. Other nationalities- nothing. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I’m with kid and asked for lounger on the beach, man said Take it and walked away. 
Never will come here again and never recommend it.

Please never come here, save your money

The best animators, Moody, and everyone else.  Great hotel, beach, new and interesting entertainment shows every day.  The service is top notch, the food is very tasty.  A cozy area where you can walk and take very beautiful photos.  Also on the beach you will find delicious drinks.

here it’s paradise you really have to try it one time the beach,coral, room service, all staff here very kindly and the best thing in the hotel the animation here always full of power specially kareem always give energy for anyone the best dancer here zumba ,batchata, aqua gym thank you so kareem for all 

just sea

Stayed here for one day to wait for our flight following a dive trip. Worse stop gap hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Receptionist were quite unfriendly, we had to wait nearly an hour to be shown our rooms, which we’d already found on the map. This is so the porter could have a tip by showing us how the curtains open. We had no towels in our room so had to return to reception. When they arrived the staff member expected a tip too. Our rooms were clean but in need of an update.
We were not told at reception that there were fixed times for lunch and we had to book, so when we walked in to the restaurant, we were told to return in 90 minutes at 2pm. The bars did not have snacks. The beer is as expected in all inclusive places, poor quality but wet and cold. The food was quite reasonable, freshly cooked chicken and beef burgers. There was a pasta station. The salads were served for you and the portions were large. The layout of the food meant there were quite big queues. 
Half the place looks like a building site. There is no free Wi-Fi.  There were no sun beds available at the beach when we got there, most guests obviously knew the drill and got there early. The pools however were empty, colder than the sea, but quite refreshing when you got used to it. On the whole a cheap looking, tired place.

Unhelpful unfriendly receptionists with a system to make as much tips as possible for staff and not guest convenience.

A lot of different entertainment, every day parties, friendly staff, very nice animators, Very beautiful corals in the sea and a lot of different fishes.

Good vacation 

Stayed at hotel 23/10/2023-30/10/2023, Czech family, 2 adults with two kids. Hotel is under construction. During our stay half of guests were from Italy, the rest mostly from Russia. 1/3 of buildings is closed under construction, also Panorama restaurant and other amenties. 1/3 of rooms is already in new and very nice design but only for Italian guests, the rest of hotel is quite old but clean. Beach is great except all day long and same music everyday and poor animation team. Diving and snorkeling is amazing, staff on beach and in bars is nice, offer of drinks is limited but you will get enough. Cleaning guys are allways smiling and doing their job well. 
What is absolutely disaster is food and eating in general. Menu and offer is poor, almost same everyday, staff is arrogant, you have to almost beg to get more than just one little piece of anything. You need to make reservation for lunch and dinner day before on certain time, they put you on the list one day but same person next day do not have your reservation rewritten on different list and kicks you out from restaurant till later. This happens everyday to many hotel guests not just to us! Choice of food is very poor, not even light all inclusive, maybe full board with drinks, forget 4stars service.
Tip - speak Italian and you will get much better service without need of "baksheesh"
Why ? - interesting that 3 weeks ago there were no such a mess and reservation system and even in restaurant were nice and smiling staff and enough tasty food and fruits and vegetables. Maybe old staff quit.
We went to this hotel following a recommendation of our friends who returned from hotel in September but can not recommend now to anyone! 

Not worth to visit

We arrived in high season, there were a lot of guests. Despite this, the staff in the restaurants tried very hard to find a place for everyone. The food was very tasty and varied, you could eat something different every day. Rooms are cleaned daily. The area is clean and well-kept.
Staff willing to help, if you are nice to them, they try even harder.
In this way, I would like to thank the very helpful employees at the resort gate who were on duty on the evening of October 5, 2023. I was waiting in front of the gate for my equipment to be delivered from a nearby diving center. This was especially important on thats day, because I was leaving the next morning. The guard provided me with a chair so that I could sit and wait. Seeing my frustration with the long wait, they did more than they were supposed to: they provided me with their private internet so that I could find the center's number and offered to call them. I am very grateful to the entire team. Such employees are a treasure.

Good quality at an affordable price

When we arrived, in the morning, there was no waiting for the room and we also get the breakfast. There are three pools, with nice water. The Bars are working since morning to late night. The music, what they are playing is not so loud, so you can peacefully rest. So it is really nice place to stay.

Nice calm place to stay

Me and my friend stayed here for a week. The resort has a private beach and the sea is awesomely clean, with a coral reef perfectly fit for snorkeling. Take a snorkeling mask with you! (Even though you can buy one there). However, it's not possible to swim to the open sea to see the coral reefs from deep water, you'd have to swim above the reefs and the water is too shallow for that. Water shoes are also a must, because of the reefs and sea urchins which we saw in the water. At the beach there's a plenty of beach umbrellas and there's no problem of getting under one, they're pretty big. The bars at the resort are okay too, mixing the usual variety of drinks, and the staff of the hotel is very friendly in general.

However, I'd imagine more dishes to be chosen from during meals. After a week, it was all very similar and it was difficult to choose something new. (But the cook who was cooking pasta cooked the best pasta I've ever eaten, so I didn't mind eating pasta every day lol). Lunch was right above the beach at the open air resort restaurant. There were many crows flying around, bothering you during meals, it was quite annoying. I also felt the pools weren't as clean as I'd want them to, which is a shame with the pool bar and everything. However, the rooms were clean, even though we had some more old fashioned and I'd prefer more modern one.

Also, don't choose this resort if you hate cats! There are many cats around the resort and the beach. They're clean, healthy looking and cuddly, but there's a lot of them and it's impossible to avoid them completely. But probably, you'd have this problem almost everywhere in Egypt.
