EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY We have just returned after 2 weeks holiday this is an Excellent hotel, we have stayed at Namma bay hotel for the last few years. The staff are excellent, I can’t just mention one staff in particular as all staff are excellent, and treat you like royalty. Ahmed hotel manger is so friendly and always comes and says hello, which is very excellent to see.💙 Mohammed Omar on reception goes way beyond his duty’s f care to help you, 💙 Mustafa & Peter on reception bar are excellent and so very friendly, 💙 The cleaners never stop working 24/7 Pool men are excellent friendly and go out there way to help you 💙 Restaurant staff are very very good 💙 The only downfall is the entertainment,,the 2 men and women that stand in reception are very rude, I felt most off the time very uncomfortable, The Chairs have been moved away from the bar, myself and my husband this was a BIG part of our holiday, we are not big drinkers, we just love to chat with other holiday makers Apart from that we again had the most amazing time Thank you ☺️ see you all very soon 💖💙
