We’ve just returned from another unforgettable stay at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, and I couldn’t let the moment pass without expressing our deepest gratitude to this exceptional team. This marks our 5th year with them, and it only gets better each time – it truly feels like coming home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Maged and Ali at reception made check-in a breeze, always smiling and ensuring we felt valued right from the start. The hospitality across the hotel is beyond excellent – from the immaculate rooms, to the high quality and variety of food, to the sincere care and attention from every staff member. You can feel that everyone there genuinely loves what they do, and it makes all the difference. We were also incredibly touched by a beautiful surprise for my husband on his special day – the team went above and beyond by decorating our room and preparing a personalized cake just for him. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making that moment so special for him – it meant a lot. A very special thank you to Fatma Al Merghany from the kids club. She is an absolute gem and a true asset to Kempinski. Her love and care for the children shines through in everything she does – she treats them as if they were her own. Even my strong-willed son connected with her in a way that touched my heart. She's kind, funny, endlessly patient, and always present. Fatma, you made our holiday even more special. Thank you. At The View Restaurant, Maryam, Nancy, and Omar greeted us every day with such bright smiles. Omar, especially, went above and beyond with his service at breakfast and dinner – attentive, thoughtful, and always happy to help. The pool and beach team were just as amazing – a big shoutout to Mr. Alaa, Ali, and Helmy. Seeing them has become a highlight for us. My kids adore Ali – as do many of the other children – for his kind and playful spirit. Attah, Salah, and Romany were also incredible – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. And of course, evenings wouldn’t be complete without stopping by Sultan Bar where Amru, Ahmed, and Mohamed took such great care of us. Their energy, warmth, and service made every night enjoyable and relaxing. To everyone at Kempinski Soma Bay: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have created a place that is so much more than just a luxury hotel – it’s a space full of heart, warmth, and memories. We truly feel like part of the Kempinski family. Here’s to many more years to come – and to anyone considering this hotel: don’t think twice.
