For the value I've paid for me, everything was perfect , and I didn't stay much in the resort as I was travelling, but the room with air conditioner,  fridge , and kitchen side, individual bathroom, balcony and nice view . What else do you need ? Maybe breakfast was lacking a little bit, but in the end, you can find something you'd like, I can't tell anything about lunch and dinner / supper .  As I said, everything was excellent for the Value,   staff were friendly.

A very simple set up, perfect if you want some quiet time by the beach. No frills. Breakfast and Dinner were perfectly acceptable. The rooms had what you need. The water was lovely with simple amenities on the beach. There is a small (sometimes open) beach bar and a windsurf school with other equipment as well and good Turkish coffee. All the staff were great, friendly and professional and thankfully not the fussy types that you get in so many places. We will definitely come back.

Loved this place, basic and quiet - just the required relaxation for hectic weeks in Cairo - other than kayaking and wind surfing nothing else to do but settle down with a good book and watch the sunsets/sunrises. 

The place is dedicated for people who love to relax.This literally means silence, limited number of people, reasonable distance between beach seats, No place for noisy people or who like to show off. No DJs, No parties, No Shows, Just you and the beautiful beach.
Although the resort is very old and the AC in room is very old, yet it is very well maintained and works well. Rooms are clean, simple, neat and very satisfying. Breakfast and Dinner are in enough amounts, very acceptable quality. You might need to bring some snacks on the beach.
The masterpiece there is the sea water, clean & clear,  moderate saltiness, availability during the day inspite of the severe action of tides in Ras Sudr makes it the best choice there. But watch out those "Sea Urchins" they are scattered randomly everywhere, a beach shoe is a must there.

The rooms are not the best but you get what you pay for. Some have had new air con units fitted and I believe the hotel will gradually be upgraded. Location though is superb and this is the place to windsurf - excellent waters and consistent wind.
Do not expect top notch food, its basic but generally generally tradiotnal fare. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Great place, nice and clean rooms, fantastic food, sea entry need some work on the sand because there's a lot of stones and reefs. WiFi networks need some work. Needs a bigger pool for those who don't want the sea.

If you are looking for a place with the back to nature style but yet minimum basic needs as A/C, TV, beds, etc 
But without over populated beach and simple life style and nice water with some corals and colored fish inside, yet it’s not like a diving center place, also having kite and wind surfing. This could be the place 

We stopped for lunch with our tour group.  Very pleasant location and a large, light and airy restaurant area.
Good service and an above average Middle Eastern lunch.  we had salad choices and then some fish -  very tasty.

Enjoyable Lunch

The initial room we were given was inadequate with mould in the fridge and generally unkempt. We were offered another room, which was fantastic and spacious. The hotel itself listing on booking.com is very inaccurate. There wasn't any entertainment (being told that as it was out of season there wasn't any entertainment anywhere in Hurghada) nor was there a mini bar in the room and after enquiring as to why we were was told at reception it was outside next to the beach! The safe was brought up to the room and placed in the wardrobe unsecured. The Seaview is lovely, although getting into the sea from the very stoney beach area and at the end of the jetty is very difficult to negotiate due to the rocks and stones. It's almost impossible without footwear on. The food is very limited and found to be tasteless. The staff, although, are very pleasant and helpful and always willing to help. Take note that the all-inclusive does not include any alcohol at all and that there is non on site at all, neither.

Went here for a stopover lunch on the way to Southern Sinai, as part of a cross-Egypt group tour.

The hotel is deserted and seems very basic and dated. Tourism in this part of Egypt seems to have dyed down completely.

The Vegetarian Meal was a complete miss, bland and unattractive.
The non-veg seems to have been a bit better. Drinks are phenomenally overpriced.

No reason to stop here.
