The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful with all our needs. Great location and easy to find. Also, it was nice and quiet.  Highly recommend

Hotel simple.The best is its location in front of the archaeological area and its owner Rifat helps you with everything you need is very friendly, it has a terrace overlooking the Tebana mountains where you can enjoy sunsets.I will definitely repeat in this hotel on my next visit to Luxor.

We felt like we were in our own home.

Not easy to find it’s up the street where the ticket office is not actually down in habu by the temple medit habu friendly family run hotel I was on the roof bedroom with no connected ac .. if you want a quite stay it’s ideal I got pestered by flies so bring a spray for flies and Mozi 

Bit basic 

It was very entertaining and exciting:) The food at the hotel is varied and tasty, the ambience and the performance are excellent. The offer is huge and very diverse. The hotel is very recommended and the madness.

Programming for entertainment

We ended up in this hotel through a recommendation of another traveler that was really enjoying her stay. The best of it, without doubt, Refaat, the owner of the hotel. He helped us all he could, accommodated any of our requests, including having breakfast at 5am to be ready for the tombs. He arranged also cheap bikes for us.
The location is also great, as it is just facing the Queen's Valley, which makes it very easy to visit all the tombs in the West Bank. Very quiet and relaxed, which is appreciated after all the hustle from the city.

Incredible service and fantastic location

There are many hotels on the west bank of Luxor, but only the Pharaoh's Hotel has a very brilliant location. So close to all the antiquities, the Medinet Habou Temple is cat's leap away. Cycling to the Hatchepsut Temple, no problem. When you sit in the garden you feel the history. It's a simple hotel that's been in the past, but that's easy to compensate for the warmth of the owner Refat. The food is delicious and authentic, Refat helps with trips. You feel comfortable and uplifted, and you're welcome back. Super pick-up service from the airport.

Cultural travel

The hotel is superbly located on the west bank of Luxor, right next to the antiquities department where you buy tickets to all the temples in the vicinity including Medinet Habou and the Ramesseum. It's a peaceful place at the foot of Thebaine Mountain, it's a crazy place when you arrive from Cairo. It's a bit far from the centre of Luxor, but that's what we liked, because it's more haunted and noisy. If you take the local ferry for 1 pound and 5 minutes you're on the other side. The staff and the boss are adorable, we eat very well. The rooms are simple, you don't wait but they're not very luxurious. I see the rates, they're very luxurious. I highly recommend this establishment!

Well situated and very pleasant

I just had a relaxing three day stay here. Quiet atmosphere directly across from The Theban Necropolis! Habu Temple next door. Valley of Kings, Tombs of Nobles, Valley of Queens, Hatshepsut all a short ride away! ticket booth is just down the street. There is a delicious Mouhamed Restaurant next door. This is an ideal place for backpackers and any travelers. The staff is friendly and eager to help you make your stay in Luxor a dream come true. Skip the tourist traps, stay on the wonderful West Bank!
