Can’t recommend this place enough. Staff are amazing nothing is too much for them. Service is incredible. No hassle. Very clean. What you see in the picture of  the room is what you get. It’s very loud on the street but once you come in the noise of the street is very faint. Pool is also clean. I have been here twice now and will definitely go again. Everyone is so polite too. Always smiling.

When I booked I requested a low room. I struggle with stairs. I was put on the top floor for 1 night as they had no low floors available. First night was dreadful because of this and I was in a lot of pain with having to struggle getting up the stairs. The next day I was given ground floor room and it was lovely and spacious and very clean. The staff could not do enough for you, very helpful

Lovely little hotel

This place is the worst I have been in my life probably. I have been 15 days in Egypt and have no seen such a horrible place. I am attaching pictures of the dirt you can find: the mattress had cat pee when we arrived and smelled horrible, the litter had mould all over the bottom an I had to left it outside, chairs full of dirt, bathroom dirty as well and floor full os footprints, aircon leaking all the time, fridge missing a leg...
Some guests were playing in the ping pong table and the lock themselves because, of course, the door was broken. The receptionist was with his phone and we had to open then...
They don't have room service at least you are inside, unbeliaveable because I am on holidays. They say the told me that and it is true but it doesn't make it better...

Horrible place

Th worst place or you can say a prison I ve ever seen in my life everything is bad the receptionist is rude the room is rubbish no towels no baskets not clean it’s so dirty ugly the AC is noisy the bathroom is dirty everything is dirty nothing to say more

I was surprised with their extreme kindness and hospitality, very pleasant staff, the property is ok for what I want during my stay but it is very clean very quiet and many tourists were occupying the rooms, if you need a clean room, clean washroom and nice service in the city with a pool and very very reasonable price this is the place to stay. I used to be in 5 stars hotels all inclusive but never used the all inclusive things , so I decided to try this one but it worked very well and it satisfied my needs, many thanks to the room service Ahmed who I asked him to buy me lunch because I was tired from the long drive and with very nice pleasant smile agreed and got me lunch. Very confident that you will like the facility at this price many coffee shops and restaurants near the location and shopping centres. Please try and enjoy. Excellent from start to finish very clean rooms comfortable beds.HouseKeeping came everyday to change bedding change towels Clean bathroom and empty bins. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location

14 night Stay

Well I can honestly say I’ve loved it. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff lovely and friendly close to all amenities and so cheap. Loved every minute

My husband came to join me as planned and also loved it. Pool really nice and clean anything that u need the staff do their best to accommodate you. Lots of people stay here short stay but I stayed 10 nights and have felt safe and welcome
