I have nothing but good things to say about our time at Pickalbatros Blu Resort. Firstly the staff made our week truely amazing. From when we arrived on our first day there was a slight issue.with our two rooms being apart from oneanlther so the staff upgraded our rooms to a junior.suite the room was lovely bit one room had no air con. We explained this to the manager the next day and he upgraded our room.again to a different part of the Resort with no issues. There is so many people to say thanks to here from the guys including Ahmed in the Lobby Room Bar who made perfect cocktails and the banter of football. To Hassam,Tallat & Khaled from reception and the hotel manager thank you so much for your help and accommodation. To Islam our hotel porter I've got nothing but happiness to say about him. He made our rooms perfect and the animal shapes with the towels the kids loved, too. Lastly a shout out to our hotel porter Ayub who carried all our luggage. Shukran friends. We hope to visit you all again in the near future.
