Hotel rooms and grounds are kept clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds available between the main pool, beach and adults pool. Our room had 3 outlets with universal sockets so no need for adapters, also usb outlets for charging phones etc. The hotel facilities are well maintained, and the quality and variety of food & drinks has been good throughout. There are boat trips available from the onsite dock, which makes a pleasant start and end to trips to some of the local diving, scuba and island spots. Staff are attentive and friendly, offering table service drinks on the terrace and bar areas. Entertainment activities can be found around the resort if interested, and there were various events around the main pool during our stay. Sales reps around the pool and beach area offer excursions and spa treatments, we didnt encounter any rude or pushy reps and there are red flags available at the towel booths if you dont want them to bother you. Our cleaner for our room 424 (Hussein Ali) was friendly and always stopped to say hello and have a friendly chat, kept our room spotless and we'll stocked with water, tea, coffee clean towels etc. Seating at the terrace of an evening can be busy of an evening, but if you can get a spot to enjoy the singers it's creates a really nice chilled atmosphere. Wether it was luck or by design we had no issues with bugs or bites during evenings on the terrace. We visited 2 of the 3 on-site restaurants (Wok Asian Restaurant & Lophelia Seafood Restaurant) both offered set menu options and waiter service. Our server at the Wok Asian Restaurant (Abdelbaset Ahmed) was efficient and friendly as we're the team at the Lophelia. The Lophelia offers fresh catch and shell fish options in addition to the set menu and is positioned to offer a great veiw of the sunset at the piers end, a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food.
