It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and amenities. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we were offered a welcome drink upon arrival. We like the mini disco programm for kids. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. Ours had a beautiful view of the Red Sea, and the bed was very comfortable.
