Cordial and friendly staff and animators,management always smiling and friendly. Beautiful reef and sunshine in February, which made me wonderfully relaxed during this nice holiday. Without crowds, noise and lots of stimuli. It was also important to me that there was no waste of food and resources there, something we should pay attention to in our choices. In many aspects the care for the environment caught my eye. I hope that after the renovations and the time of change, this attitude of caring for resources will not change.

We are family of 3 and stay for 12 days.
We really enjoyed our holiday.
Hotel is located very close to the bay with amazing coral reef.
Staff is very very nice, helpful and always kind, helpful. Rooms are clean.
Food is good, you always can find something you like. Animation team is great- they have a lot of energy, always around you. They do they work perfectly- a lot of atractions during a day and evening. We recommend this hotel as a very good place to stay. Very good is also fact is very close to the beach, which is very close from the sweeming pool. Wonderful people as a staff make this place special. 

Great place for holiday

We had a lovely stay at pensee hotel, we were two friends travelling together and got welcomed so nicely. The staff is super friendly and are always ready to help, especially Mario, who has your drink ready the moment you sit down. We were more than satisfied with the food, plenty of options and you’re able to get a snack almost any time. The cooks who served us were also always open for a joke and making sure you had a good time. At the beach you have everything you need and you have the option to put up a sign so no one disturbs you which is amazing for a relaxing afternoon. The spa is great and the massages are such a good deal, we went for multiple sessions and wished we had booked even more. Besides there’s also a lot the do and the animation team is super enthusiastic to make sure you’re entertained and animated. 
Overall a great stay! We’re already planning on coming back 😊

Way better than expected for the price

My family and i had the pleasure to spend our summer vacation at pensée Beach Resort and I must say, the exceptional service truly made out visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The warm and friendly welcome made us feel at home. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the hotel staff was marked by their attentiveness and genuine care.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr.Fouad the hotel general manager and his Assistant Mr Ahmed Fattah for their courtesy,attentiveness and great hospitality and  as I promised we will definitely come back.

nice, intimate, clean hotel at a good price located in a nice garden and by a beautiful reef with good food and animations that will keep you entertained all day and in the evening (well done to the animators from Sudan) recommended for families with children and snorkeling enthusiasts

holidays August '23

All staff members were very welcoming, helpful and did everything to meet our demands on time. The rooms were clean. It was a business trip of 25+ persons and they all had positive feedback on the hotel and staff.

great hospitality for a group of 30 persons

I was there on 10 August for a week with my friend and it's not the first on the three corners. And the reason why I go to pensee is that I heard it's for the three corners now. So I went there with my friendsland I was really shocked.
The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were really nice till you do what they want from you for example there was one in the lobby bar his name is Mario and he was very nice with us till he asked us for our Facebook account and we said no then he changed his way directly like he didn't smile at all and he was aggressive with us and start to talk to us in Arabic which I don't prefer. But the rest of the stuff were very kind and nice.
Second : we were sitting in the tent and after that we went to our room and there was someone from the security in out balcony and he was staring at us. I don't know but I think it's not nice if someone was spaying on you when you are inside your room specially if he is a security who has to protect us.
And not spying on us.
Third : we decided to eat pasta and there was a dead fly in the pasta as the photo shows.
For me the hotel is OK but they just need to upgrade the food and they have to teach the staff how to be nice to the guest.
