Was booked at the hotel as part of a low cost trip from Cairo... Was really worried from the mixed reviews I've read over TripAdvisor and other travel websites, but I can confidently say that what I found exceeded my expectation.. Location: It's about 5-7mins by car from the promonade and taxi costs around 50egp which is a fair price specially if ur a group sharing the expenses. Hotel is literally beach front offering breath-taking views of the red sea and the opposing mountains in Saudi Arabia with a back Sinai mountain views as well. Rooms: Rooms are good size offering double and triple occupancy as well single being accommodated in a double room. Almost all rooms have seaview and a balcony over the gardens. Some rooms offer both seaview and pool view with their balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The rooms have en-suite with toilet and shower including toiletries. Note: toilet/shower are basic but clean and functional. Room had a double wardrobe, suitcase table, fridge, bedside table, armchair and a small coffee table and a crt TV with basic TV channels. Facilities: * Pool with good size and clean, there was a place for pool bar however was not operational hope next time it will be working! There are beach loungers around the pool and a music system where u can play ur own music! * Beach with loungers, pergolas, swings and a good area for beach football or volleyball. * Restaurant good size offer a basic open buffet breakfast only. By basic I mean limited variety and quantity however the quality is relatively good. Staff: They are the stars of this hotel. Super friendly, herlpful, respectful and polite. They are willing to go this extra mile to give you the best possible experience they can for your satisfaction. Omar was one of them and he is super friendly and polite don't hesitate to ask him for anything u want he'll do whatever he can to help. Cleanliness: Fair to good for the price you pay and u can always ask for the room service at anytime. Points of improvement: Pool bar to be fully working Restaurant menu to be variable WiFi availability More digital marketing and offering the hotel on online booking platforms this will increase the flow.
