Customer service: Great 
Breakfast: Outstanding ( great quality and selection of food, especially the omelettes)
Wifi: free ( awesome)
Concierge: Excellent ( they went above and beyond to make us comfortable).

Overall experience was great! I do recommend it and I will return.

Pleasant experience.

I visited this place 2 days ago with a friend who had a birthday and it was the only hotel in Heliopolis who had a pub opening after 3 o'clock am 
We spent our night then they ask us 4 times price our invoice as they add the toilet use !!!! 
Then we ask just to charge us for what we drink, and that's what we paid. .. one day after we came back and the guards physically treated with us as we are Black listed in the place......  we advice no one to go to that mafia place as circumstances are really bad.

Very rude and a type of mafia

Poor Hotel ..It is just a place to stay for one or two nights not more .. I stayed 2 night. It's just a place to sleep only. Actually you pay little money and  have little service .. Staff was Friendly and helpful ..
