- amazing breakfast. abundant and tasty- clean- good staff- good location- only drawback: no wifi in room

Really,I enjoyed my stay there and for sure will go again and recommend it. The location is fantastic..nearly at the center of Alexandria.The stuff is so nice and helpful specially those at room services, the food is very good also

The hotel need renovation, the staff need a training specially F.O and H.K.I like that I found prayer carpet and Quran at the room.

A solo male traveler will endure fine as the price was low. Owners are renovating floor by floor. So in the future, this will be a fine place to stay. Beachside view on a main road. KFC a short walk down the road. ATM one block away. Wifi is spotty and only works in limited area of lobby. Reception only accepts cash. Room was ok. Clean. No outside handle on the door.

For a 3* hotel with this location and rooms with great seaview is this price in Alexandria acceptable.The color falls on some  parts from the wall which is normal for hotels 1st sealine. Cleanliness was in the beginning not so good as there was many hair in the bathroom and dirt on the carpet. After the comment the responsible woman for cleaing and the General Manager came to show other room and called after roomchange if all is fine. They do their best to make the guests satisfied. Breakfast variety was okay. Very good water pressure.

Old dilapidated hotel under partial renovation

The hotel  is badly in need of renovation, everything( the reception lobby, lift, sofas, the room and its balcony and the attached toilet) are in poor condition and the facilities really need to improve, though the owner appeared to be friendly and the room had a nice sea view with sea breeze blowing into our room,We enjoyed a nice sunset over the sea from our room.We stayed here only for the night and there was no menu to our liking in the breakfast provided in the  next morning and had to leave empty stomach

Great location. Check in was easy. Hotel room very disappointing. Ceilings black, curtains dirty, bath stained, no towels or safe box, furniture old, walls dirty. Blocked drain in washbasin. Water pressure inconsistent. Door to balcony difficult to open/close. Unable to lock door from the inside, only small bolt lock

Would not recommend

we had to change room 2 times, 1st one had bathroom with no window! 2nd had very dirty bathroom full of rust in the tub. Last one that we had stay in had a garbage view literally! The supposed city view was a view of a building's roof full of garbage that they had to cover the whole windows with web to keep out the flying garbage pieces. The AC wasn't working. The TV worked for 10 minutes with lots of static covering the program's sound.

wouldn't recommend to anyone unless no others

First there is misscommunication as I sent 3 mails with 3 reservations and the last mail didnt receive by Hotel despite i got confirmation mailSecondly on arrival the room was not comfortable as the electricity in bathroom was out beside the AC and the bathroom itselfSo please try to update your mailing service and do regular maintanance for rooms
