Hotel Rosim is the perfect spot from which to explore Cotopaxi or hike the Quilotoa loop. It has a variety of rooms, some private and some hostal style. It is close to banks (so many banks), restaurants, Vincent Leon square, the airport and the bus terminal. There is artesanal shopping around the corner and many restaurants. The rooms are basic but really clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful and they let us store are big bags while we hiked the Quilatoa loop. There is a restaurant on the premises although we didn't eat there. It is very quiet, virtually no street noise.
