I had the opportunity to stay with my friends at the hotel and from my experience I can tell you that the staff is very friendly, the place is quiet, it has good facilities and the rooms are cozy.

Good service.

Modern and cozy construction, with swimming pool, next to the center. As a good accommodation, you have drinks and beers if you need them, a good bathroom, pleasant spaces. No luxuries, clean and good materials. Rich breakfast, very good response from the person in charge, attentive and concerned. Thank you Antony!!! They are making significant improvements in gardens and green areas. What large spaces compared to other places in Montañita. 100 meters from the beach. Noises alone from the road and the countryside. It has air conditioning. It's an excellent alternative!!!!

Quiet and solid construction!!

The location is ideal, close enough to the center to walk and far enough to rest and not disturbed by the noise of the city. I highlight above all Natalia's good attention, very attentive to everything and friendly. The breakfast is complimentary and the cleaning is excellent. The only thing to improve is the reach of the Wi-Fi, only accessible in the hotel's social rooms, a smaller aspect that does not overshadow the other amenities of the place. Recommended, the best in relation to price in my opinion, when looking for quality other accommodation in the area,

It was an incredible few days, the rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, cleanliness all over the hotel, very comfortable and pleasant places to relax, like the terrace, from where you can see the sea that is about 150 meters away, a very nice deck, where we have breakfast every morning, the ones that are very rich and varied. The attention is excellent, with very good air and a lot of charisma. It has good Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel. A very quiet place, even a few meters from the center that has a lot of nightlife. I recommend the Tavarua Hotel for an unforgettable vacation, with my son we will not be incredible, without a doubt we will come back!!!! Thank you very much Nati for your attention!!!!!

We booked online, where we specified our arrival time, when we booked the Hotel, La Habitación that we booked was already sold, they wanted to offer us a low-quality one, In addition to wanting to pay by credit card for the nights we booked, they wanted to ask for more money on our credit card, I think they gave bad publicity, it is very far from the beach and the truth is that attention is poor.

The worst part about being hospitable

We arrived at that at 10pm, almost escaping from a hostel where we had already booked, but which did not meet our expectations. Gabriela and Ana were very kind from the first moment, as was all the staff, guiding us by suggesting places to visit and panoramas in general. It has the ideal location, as you can walk to the center of town to enjoy the nightlife and the beach, without having to survive in the middle of it when you want to rest. The breakfast was rich and quite abundant (for me) although they could vary a bit. It has wifi and satellite TV, the room is very comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is small, but for daily use we would use. Something important to me was that inside the room we never found any insects (I hate to go back).

Paradise!

Hotel located halfway between the tip and the centre of the village, excellent for resting cleaning, excellent price ratio of the best, a special thanks to the manager Natalia always available and friendly,

Two perfect weeks.

This place is okay. Nothing more. 
Low season accounts for us seemingly being the only 2 people at the hotel, so I cannot criticise for having no atmosphere. Staff (1 lady) was lovely and I'm sure would have assisted with anything, however the rooms are basic.. Minimal lighting, not enough surfaces to put anything on, 1 towel each, ( which may seem enough but a hair towel for long hair would be better). 
Breakfast is below average based on the other hostels and hotels we have stayed in over the last 5 weeks. Consists of bread and a scrambled egg, coffee and a juice, although a banana was added in on day 2. 
Hotel is about 300 yards from town centre along the main road. 
Hotel is only a couple of years old and so you would expect it to be clean but the shower needed a good scrub. 
Bed was the most uncomfy of all beds stayed in whilst travelling... Really hard with 1 thin hard pillow each..not restful. 

Positives are 
Beach is 100 yards away although you can't see it from the hotel
Wifi on ground floor was good
Quiet location away from music in the town although at low season it's only really loud at the weekends. 
The receptionist/manager/owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean, very nice staff, very comfortable and quiet to rest away from the party. Good breakfast if required. I recommend it at all.

Todo muy limpio, bonito y cómodo. Personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. El desayuno es bueno. Muy recomendable para descansar bien después de la fiesta.
