Very peaceful stay. Unfortunately the power in the town was out when we arrived so check in was late but they allowed us to enjoy the property and use common bathrooms until our bungalow was ready. Breakfast is included in the stay. The bungalow we stayed in was labeled "seaside" which lead us to believe you could see the ocean...not the case. It wasn't a far walk across the property but I definitely wouldnt have classified it as seaside. Very close to Downtown Montanita so you can walk there and back either along the street or along the beach.
