This review is for the restaurant. We go there for lunch and special occasions. The Corvina is always perfectly cooked, the Tilapia is fresh from the ponds on site, and the shrimp are plentiful. My birthday party of 12 was handled easily, everybody like the food and we had a great time. The staff brought out the cake and sang for us. We love to start with a large order of patacones, which they cook to perfection. The Hosteria gets busy on the weekends, but the restaurant, on the edge of the pool, will seat quite a number of people and we always find seating. A plus is that the restaurant will take credit cards.
