A good hotel with good service. For family travel. Comfortable rooms, with WiFi, cafeteria, breakfasts, in the heart of the city. Near everything you need to stay and feel at home. Congratulations.

Warm and quiet.

The hotel is located in the historic center, just over 100 meters from the Cathedral.While the official fare for the double room is $52, in the off season we were able to negotiate and get a very good discount on an interior room (we ended up paying $30).The whole establishment is impeccable, the people are friendly and the place is comfortable and quiet.

Location and tranquility.

This hotel is conveniently located in the historic center city a block from the main square and cathedral. This stay was a great value and the room was very clean. The lobby is very charming with a small waterfall. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to stay for the free breakfast. My only complaint is that I could not get hot water. There were instructions on the wall but no matter what I tried I could not get a warm shower. 

Great location

The hotel is very centrally located, but the rooms are also very noisy. The breakfast is not very good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The location is recommended, but otherwise it's more likely not.

Central

It's a too cozy hotel where you can enjoy yourself with the person you're going to, they have excellent service and the accommodation includes breakfast.

Very well furnished, comfortable, spacious rooms and good service. Breakfast included in the price of the room. Access is via stairs without elevator but always the staff helps you with luggage.

In the heart of Cuenca

Good location, personalized attention, cordial attentiveness, kindness.If I recommend them as executive hotel, normal breakfast, dining rooms, cleanliness.Reception provides information about nearby locations.

Good service.

It was booked through booking.com and I thought I found a great discount and it was but once you arrived you noticed that it doesn't look like in the photo, room is pretty normal, i do think that price justifies what you receive as client and staff didn't do their job, I didn't like receptionist attitude 


Good but could cost less 

What I liked:
Great location, right in the middle of the City and a couple of blocks away from Calderon park.
Excellent for budget travelers.
Breakfast is included and it is pretty good for the price.
What I did not like:
No elevator
Small and bulky TV
Not so comfortable room.

In conclusion. You get what you pay. Balancing everything, it is a good choice for a quick trip if you are low on cash and require a well located hotel in downtown Cuenca.

Mostly OK

I had a very dark room without any "real" windows. The room did not had any lamp beside the bed. When I pointed this out I got one that was barely working. The breakfast did not have any choices, all you got was a small bread, some jam and scrambled eggs.
I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The only good thing I can remember was the water (hot and cold) that was available 24 hours.
