Hotel Patrimonio

The front desk service was great.  The rooms were modern, nice and very clean.  Beds and pillows were comfortable for a hotel.  Breakfast was great with a mix of eggs, fruits, cheese, cereals, yogurt and juices.  WIFI service was pretty most of the time.  The hotel is in a great location with access to some great restaurants, public parks and other cultural places.

Clean hotel, and very good location.  Stayed at another hotel and had to move mid trip due to lack of cleanliness.   Would recommend this hotel...good service and fair price. Location is right near where all the action is, just a few blocks away.

Great Hotel Stay

Clean and good location

The hotel quoted us a price and then charged us the initially quoted price at check in ($171.87 for 2 rooms). At check out, they charged us an additional ($231.23) which I discovered upon getting my credit card statement. We did not order room service or cause any damage. I will not stay at this hotel again as their integrity is not to North American Standards. If you do go, do not provide a credit card or cancel your card after initial booking to avoid bogus charges.

Wouldnt stay again

We stayed at patrimonio, it has an excellent location only a short walk from Central Park, if you are looking for somewhere to stay that's reasonably cheap and still has the securities of a hotel then patrimonio is ideal.

Cheap and reasonable

Dont even think of staying the night at this hell hole. The hot water wasnt working the lobby stank probably by the fat guy sleeping in the lobby,'s sofa, the location is close to the main cathedral but is around the corner from a dangerous neighborhood, the cable didnt work at times and the sheets were dirty, and the breakfast wasn't that good, not a good experience for my friends that I took to Cuenca to visit my beautiful city.  Never will recommend this place again.
