Mi Hotel El Puente

On my first visit to Cuenca, Ecuador, I stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and ensured that I felt at home. Some at the reception speak English. The rooms are very clean and spotless and the maid service is excellent. Has excellent wifi and the breakfast is delicious. It is very conveniently located with access to everything and is very safe. I'd recommend this hotel and the price is very reasonable. It has everything to make you feel at home even a television, fridge, microwave and stove to let you cook and they provide you with dishes etc. The beds are very comfy for a good night's sleep. They even have a computer in the lobby for customer's use. As it is the law there is no smoking allowed in the hotel.
