Freddy García and his wife and daughter Consuelo and Cristina were charming hosts, generous, attentive and super friendly. The hotel is quiet, perfectly located, near all the town shops, restaurants and bars but just meters from the beach. I was traveling solo and Freddy cut me a deal for a double room that was light and airy with a balcony looking to the mountains. When I came down one morning I found the family having breakfast which they insisted I share with them. Canoa is a cool little town with good surf for body or boarding. I would always stay at Camaleon. Thanks Garcías!
