Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

My wife and I visited this resort from Nov 1st to Nov 6th. One of the best vacations of our life, honest. The staff are one of a kind, and really take care of all the guest. how they remember all of our names , drinks , room numbers , interests is impressive to say the least. Not only is this resort just a short drive to the airport, but it makes you feel like your on the set of Jurassic Park with all the lush gardens and swaying palm tree's. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh made tropical drinks. I booked my wife and I a Loft suit (beachside) . I really liked the idea of walking out to the sand in the morning. I did not realize that the beachside loft suits came with two beds, rather than a King. The Gentlemen at front desk bumped us into a loft suit ocean view that comes with the King at no cost. Amazing, thank you. Our room was spacious , fun , clean .. just awesome. For the next 5 days we had amazing meals at both the restaurant and buffets, hung out by the beach/pool with great high quality drinks. At night every lobby was filled with live music and dancing that had such a welcoming vibe to all. Special thank you to Mr. William and his crew that ran the pool bar by the Poseidon buffet. A true Gentlemen and someone I wish I had more time to talk to. Another warm kind person that really stood out to us was Edward. honest , every person we met that worked at the resort was kind and caring. thank you to all the staff. When you come into the resort you see a big sign that says " From Guest to Family" and that really stood out to us as being true. Next time we visit we will bring our 4 little children too!! Thank you so much Grand Palladium. We will return, and we do apricate all you have done for us ; ) 10 stars if i could! Also - nobody approached us to write this review before we left. They just wished us safe travels and hoped to see us again.
