We went from 16th July to 27th July and I have to say it was an excellent stay! Room was lovely and clean, air conditioning was amazing and kept the room really cool. Staff were all very helpful and really friendly, most staff spoke both Spanish and English and we did not have a problem communicating anything. Food in the buffet was pretty much the same each day but was good quality, so it was very good in my opinion (loads of meat options). The a la cart restaurants were also very nice although perhaps allowing a choice rather than mostly being a set menu would be good. Yes there was seaweed on the beach but you can't stop nature and the hotel did try their best to clean up each day. Pools were great and staff at the pool bars were always really friendly. Would not hesitate to come back again, so I would really would not take some of the negative reviews as gospel. Everyone has different standard they expect, but i honestly think this hotel does offer guests a high standard of holiday.
