We chose this resort based on a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed!! The resort is beautiful!! Swim up rooms in the adults only section are the way to go! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds! Customer service is well above and beyond. We had the best experiences at the Japanese restaurant with Jency and Mr Miagi! We even saw Jency at the Seaside for breakfast. He remembered us and greeted us happily as if he were welcoming us to his kitchen. We had Maria as our server at both the sports bar and the Italian restaurant. She was very kind and we never went without anything. Our butler Omar took excellent care of us as well! I cannot say enough about the courtesy of the folks who work here. It is clear they take pride in what they do and care for others.
