Pleasant stay , breakfast was really good, staff friendly . The facilities cost extra

Very fantastic. Everything looks like new. Fresh breathable air, so much to do but we have our own plans. Close to the town electric charging available. Best of all very good breakfast. You can make your own dinner and sit outside with a nice view.

Very comfortable stay in exceptionally sporty environment

The cabin was nice, well furnished and equipped. The swimming pool nearby is very great but is not free (about 10€/pers/day) it was not mentionned on the hotel's description. The breakfast was fantastic but is far away. There were absolutely no information about it in the cabin ! The breakfast is actually served in the sports hotel on the other side of the street (about 5-10 min walk or 2 min by car). A small map would have been appreciated. Good and affordable food in the sport center next door.

Vejen Danhostel is located in the enormous Vejen sports center and offers more hotel than hostel like accommodation. Nice, modern rooms, quiet, and a very good breakfast. I also got a discount for the evening buffet, but did not use it. I stayed on a biking tour and was allowed to take my bike into my room, as they did not have a bike shed - quite unusual in bike-friendly Denmark.

The boiler was too small for take a shower with 4 persons. This was the only negative point.

I didn't stay here but was part of an international competition so I spent everyday at the sport centre and ate at the hostel.  

The sport facility is excellent!   Many activities to choose from and very clean.  The snack bar offered good food as well.

The food at the hostel was excellent.

We stayed four nights while attending a family reunion. The facility was great. the beds were comfortable and very clean. Food at the cafeteria was wonderful and such friendly service. Would recommend this facility.

Vejen Danhostel

We stayed at the small cottages for 1 night. The house was very efficient constructed. Allthough small there were many beds. Seemed a bit old and not top notch cleaned. The duvets and pillows were of an odd colour and did not look too clean. It was nice with access to the swimming pools. Good breakfast.
