This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the opening times for key collection: - From 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. - From 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Please contact the property in advance if you plan to arrive outside above times.
