This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. To Secure your booking, 50% is required at time of booking via PayPal- The rest will be due on arrival. We are a seasonal business operating in the months of October 15 to April 15 yearly.
