Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests will receive an email with instructions for check-in and damage deposit payment 7 days prior to check-in. The damage deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link and due within 24 hours after receiving the email

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 2.20 per person, per night, up to 9 nights, and EUR 1.10 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be collected before check-in.
