This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 3.3% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. The service fee is non-refundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
