Please inform Surf Mist in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note quilts, blankets and pillows, bath mats, bathroom towels and tea towels are included. Toiletries are not provided. Bed linen and towels can be hired for an additional charge of AU$15 per person. Cot linen is not supplied. Bed linen and towels are not provided for large groups of 6 or more guests in one single booking (This does not apply to interstate or overseas guests).
