Penzion Na Podlesí

We stayed there 2 nights in nice comfy room. It was in the first floor, consist of little foyer, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, sofa and desk, lot of storage space. In the upper floor (wooden little steep stairs up) was a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and little sunroof. View of this window in the valley was incredible, every morning different... This place is really lovely, situated under the forest with a lot possibilities how to spent your free time with passing around. Breakfast is included in the price, it is from 8:30 (approximately for one hour) so you have to wake up :) It is a basic buffet style, from muesli, cheese, ham, jam, scrambled eggs, sweet pastry, juice etc. We also ate at the restaurant and it was really good. Reasonable prices for huge portions, tasty homemade dishes. There was also tasting of "Král Šumavy" bright draft beer. And the service was friendly, proffesional, we felt well there. I´m sure that when we´ll come back to this part of Šumava mountain we will think of staying here. It is nice family run accomodation with reasonable price and nice atmosphere.
