Check-in was slow and frustrating, whilst we had to tell the receptionist on how to use the credit card reader. Feel this could be sped up with more competent staff members. Building and rooms felt secure and were modest with facilities. Felt rooms could do with a safe. WiFi was fantastic especially for a big building and the amount of guests they must have. Staff were friendly and helpful - especially on last day when we were offered a room to put our luggage in (late flight). We were also given hair dryer and iron upon request and told to keep for our duration. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We were given hand wash, cups, fridge and kettle which were nice touches for a basic apartment. Reception times were very odd, with being closed at 4pm on random days and not available until the next morning. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here for another group getaway.
